1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fond ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including trial, Growth, and Pro subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Fond is a food formulation and nutrition labeling platform. The Service includes recipe formulation tools, nutrition analysis, label generation, document management, batch scaling, and related features. Features may change as we continue to develop the product.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@fondnutrition.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all formulation data, recipes, ingredient information, and other content you create or upload to Fond. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Nutrition and Regulatory Disclaimer
Fond generates nutrition labels and regulatory information based on the data you provide and standard reference databases. While we strive for accuracy, the Service does not replace professional regulatory review. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all labels, nutrition facts, and regulatory claims before use on commercial products. Fond is not liable for errors in labeling resulting from inaccurate input data or changes in regulatory requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fond and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
